PCI和PSI 哺乳動(dòng)物表達(dá)載體,旨在提升哺乳動(dòng)物細(xì)胞中插入的克隆DNA基因的組成型表達(dá)。這兩個(gè)載體之間的差異在于增強(qiáng)子/啟動(dòng)子區(qū)域,該區(qū)域能夠控制插入基因的表達(dá)水平。 PSI表達(dá)載體包含猿猴病毒40(SV40)增強(qiáng)子和早期啟動(dòng)子區(qū)域(early promoter region),而PCI表達(dá)載體含有人巨細(xì)胞病毒(CMV)的主要及時(shí)早期基因增強(qiáng)子/啟動(dòng)子區(qū)域(immediate-early gene enhancer/promoter region)。 PSI和PCI載體可用于哺乳細(xì)胞的瞬時(shí)和穩(wěn)定基因表達(dá)。對(duì)于哺乳細(xì)胞基因的穩(wěn)表達(dá),PSI或PCI載體必須共轉(zhuǎn)染一個(gè)可篩選的表達(dá)載體。
