pProEX HT系列原核表達(dá)系統(tǒng)是用來在大腸桿菌中表達(dá)外源蛋白的載體。使用該載體表達(dá)的目的蛋白含有6個(gè)His純化標(biāo)簽。目的基因可以克隆到載體的多克隆位點(diǎn)處,可以選擇的載體有pProEX HTa, b, c.蛋白表達(dá)后,His純化標(biāo)簽就位于目的蛋白的N端,同時(shí)His純化標(biāo)簽的使用可以用于蛋白純化。載體上同時(shí)含有rTEV蛋白酶識(shí)別位點(diǎn),可以使用rTEV蛋白酶進(jìn)行酶切,從而去除融合的His標(biāo)簽。
